General terms and conditions of sale and business for Switzerland

1. General
The general terms and conditions apply in the currently valid version for all our contracts and services. At the latest when products from our range are ordered, these General Terms and Conditions are deemed to have been accepted. Deviating provisions of the customer are only recognized if they have been expressly agreed to in writing.

2. Contract
All offers on this online shop are non-binding. A purchase contract is only concluded with a written order confirmation via e-mail.

3. Prices
The ordered items can be paid for by invoice (up to CHF 400.-), advance payment or with the following credit cards:

5. Terms of delivery
Parcels up to 30kg are generally delivered by parcel post priority. Devices from 30kg are delivered by a suitable transport company. From a value of CHF 300.- the delivery is free of charge. Shipping costs are from CHF 8 to max. CHF 15.- . Parcels abroad are sent with Fr. 25.- to Fri. 40.- charged, depending on weight and size.

6. Scope of Delivery, Delivery Time and Withdrawal
6.1 Scope of Delivery
Our order confirmation is decisive for the scope of the delivery.

6.2 Delivery time
We are only liable for compliance with the shipping and delivery times specified by us if these have been expressly designated as binding by us on the order confirmation. If a binding shipping or delivery date is exceeded, the customer is free to set a grace period or to withdraw from the contract immediately.

6.3 Delivery Area
Deliveries are limited to Switzerland and Europe. After the order has been confirmed by single-putt.ch, the products will be delivered to the address specified by the customer when ordering.

6.4 Partial Deliveries
Depending on the delivery situation, partial deliveries are at our discretion, unless expressly stated otherwise on the order confirmation.

6.5 Right of withdrawal and return
Return of the article after delivery is only possible in the original packaging and after request by email. Objections to defects in the delivered products must be made within 10 days. Unless otherwise agreed, the costs for the return transport are to be borne by the customer. Individual finished products (e.g. printed goods) are excluded from returns.

6.6 Liability
In the case of damaged goods during shipping, the customer is liable.

7. Retention of Title
All delivered goods remain our property until all claims to which we are entitled by the customer have been paid in full. We are entitled to have the retention of title entered in the retention of title register of the canton of residence.

8. Warranty
If there is a defect in the purchased item that we have recognized, we are entitled to choose between remedying the defect or making a replacement delivery. Unless otherwise agreed, the warranty is 12 months from the date of purchase. Further claims by the buyer are excluded, regardless of the legal grounds.

9. Privacy
Our data protection is in accordance with the relevant legal provisions. Customer data is used exclusively in connection with our own order processing. The data may only be passed on to companies directly involved in the order process (parcel post or forwarding agency).

10. Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship is Zurich for both parties.

11. Final Provisions
Should individual points of these conditions be ineffective, this does not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions. Any ineffective provisions are to be replaced by effective provisions that come as close as possible to the intended purpose.
